You will be taught effective relaxation methods using the
power of your mind and breath. Most people use less than half of their lung
capacity. This is a major factor in raising stress levels. The first thing
you will learn in the School of Yoga is to see how you can improve the use
of your lungs and which exercises will bring you back to proper deep breathing.
You will also learn contemplative practices of Yoga which enable you see things
more clearly and be in better harmony with your inner and outer environments,
thereby eliminating causes of stress.
