Short of breath?
Your lungs are the right size for all the needs of your
body, even when exercising vigorously; if you get short of breath it is because
you are not using them correctly. Most people use less than half of their
lung capacity, unless they have trained for singing or Yoga.
The first thing you will learn in the School of Yoga is to see how you can
improve the use of your lungs and which exercises will bring you back to proper
