The School of Yoga Provides the following features:

  • Unlimited attendance in all classes on the timetable and at all locations. Particularly good for keen students, busy people and shift-workers.

  • Qualified professional tutors with a combined experience of over forty years of Yoga practice, who also have specialist healing skills.

  • Classes throughout the year.

  • Start whenever you are ready! Mid-bloc introduction for new students.

  • Classes never closed down – even if you are the only student!

  • No need to bring a mat – come straight from work! (carpeted rooms or sports mats provided at all locations)

  • Substantial amount of individual tuition within the group, to meet the needs of students in a wide range of experience and ability.

  • Daily Practice Programme given to enrolled students.

  • Antenatal Yoga Classes in Selsdon.

  • Students’ Library

  • Free ‘phone consultation for enrolled and lapsed students.

  • No fees for weeks of planned absence.

  • Fees credited to next enrolment if you are certified medically unfit for work.

  • Fees refunded if you totally re-locate away from classes.
