Enrolment Conditions
Classes will be held according to the current timetable and term dates shown overleaf. In the event of a class being cancelled, a replacement class will be arranged, if feasible, during the first week after the end of the term. Classes are not held on bank holidays.
SUSPENSION/TERMINATION OF ENROLMENT:
DUE TO TOTAL RELOCATION, such that you no longer live or work in the Inner London boroughs, the Borough of Croydon or the parishes of Farleigh, Sanderstead or Warlingham.
OR DUE TO SICKNESS, such that you are certified unfit to work. (If you are fit for work, then you can practice Yoga.)
If you are unable to attend for either of the above reasons, you
should send written notification or email immediately to the principal
tutor. Your
enrolment may then be suspended or terminated, at the principal
tutor’s
discretion, from the beginning of the week following that in which
your notification is received. i.e. it cannot be suspended or terminated
retrospectively.
A copy of your medical certificate or relocation document may
be required before a termination refund is made or when you return
to classes after
a period of suspended enrolment.
SUSPENSION: Fees for the suspended weeks will be credited towards your next enrolment.
TERMINATION: If it is clear that you will
not be able to return to classes within the next 12 months
for the above reasons,
your enrolment
may be
terminated. Enrolment may also be terminated if your teacher
finds that the classes are
not suitable for you.
A termination refund for unexpired weeks fees will be paid.
CONCESSIONARY ENROLMENT may be offered at the discretion of the Principal Tutor for unwaged who have proof of receiving student grant or state benefit and who are committed to attending regularly in specified classes. Full details on application.
The above conditions apply to tuition fees only, not Westminster centre membership fees.
