All Yoga practice builds a sound foundation for personal motivation and helps to combat depression. Most people use less than half of their lung capacity. If you can breathe easily, you will be inspired! – literally and in every way. Thus you can feel happy.

The first thing you will learn in the School of Yoga is to see how you can improve the use of your lungs and which exercises will bring you back to proper deep breathing. You will also learn contemplative practices of Yoga which enable you feel at one with life, eliminating feelings of isolation which are a big factor in depression.
