Anxious?
Anxiety is invariably associated with short, shallow and
rapid breathing. Most people use less than half of their lung capacity. The
first thing you will learn in the School of Yoga is to see how you can improve
the use of your lungs and which exercises will bring you back to proper deep
breathing.
You will also learn contemplative practices of Yoga which enable
you feel at one with life and at peace with yourself..
