Enrolment Conditions for Antenatal Classes
Classes
will be held most Saturday afternoons throughout the year. In the event
of a class being cancelled, you will be refunded one week’s fee or
have it credited to your next enrolment.
When you send in your enrolment you
are making a commitment to attend the classes.
A refund* of fees may be given on request at the discretion of the Principal
Tutor if you wish to cancel 3 or more weeks before the start of the
term for which you have enrolled.
Regrettably, no other refunds or credits of fees can be given except as below:
SUSPENSION/TERMINATION OF ENROLMENT:
DUE TO TOTAL RELOCATION, such that you no longer live or work in the Borough of Croydon or Sutton or the parishes of Addington, Farleigh, Sanderstead or Warlingham.
OR DUE TO SICKNESS, such that you are certified unfit to work. (If you are fit enough for work, then you can practice Yoga.)
OR IF YOUR PREGNANCY ENDS EARLY.
SUSPENSION: If you are unable to attend for any of the above reasons, you should
notify the principal tutor immediately.
Your enrolment may then be suspended, at the principal
tutor’s discretion, from the week following that in which your notification is received. i.e.
it cannot be suspended retrospectively.
A copy of your medical certificate or relocation document may be required
when you return to classes.
Fees for the suspended weeks will be credited towards your next enrolment.
If your pregnancy ends early, leaving fees in credit, these fees will be
refunded.
TERMINATION: If it is clear that you will not be able to return to classes within the next 6 months for the above reasons, your enrolment may be terminated. Enrolment may also be terminated if your teacher finds that the classes are not suitable for you. A termination refund will be paid for unexpired weeks of your enrolment.
*Cancellation refunds are subject to a £10 administration charge.
